Hi, I’m Kelly—and I believe mission-driven work should be sustainable and joyful.

For over a decade, I’ve worked in spaces where people and purpose come first—from leading Girl Scout camps and afterschool programs to supporting families through church and grief-centered work. Across every role, one pattern stood out: a deep passion for the mission, paired with a constant feeling of scarcity.

Time, energy, and resources were always stretched thin. That strain often led to burnout, high turnover, and a sense of just trying to stay afloat, when what we really wanted was to thrive.

I started Clover Phase to help people-centered organizations move beyond survival mode. My goal is to build sustainability through intentional systems, empowering staff and volunteers at every level to work from a place of clarity, energy, and purpose.

We support the full lifecycle of engagement—from onboarding and day-to-day operations to offboarding and renewal. But it’s not just about checklists or workflows. It’s about creating experiences that reflect your values and bring your mission to life.

I believe connection is at the heart of everything.
How do we help our staff feel the magic of the mission, so they can deliver it with joy and authenticity?
How do we build programs and events that invite participants and community members to feel seen, included, and valued?
How do we make space for real connection between staff, volunteers, and the people they serve?

Through intentional community building, engaged training, and thoughtful planning, I help organizations foster the kinds of experiences that energize teams and deepen impact. Because when people feel connected—to the mission, to each other, and to the work—they show up differently. And everything gets better from there.

Why Cloverphase?

Clover was my camp name—gifted to me by a camper during a summer that shaped so much of who I am. In the camp world, your name becomes a part of your story. When a former camper or staff member calls me “Clover,” it brings me back to one of my favorite versions of myself—joyful, grounded, and doing work that truly matters.

The phase part? That speaks to the role I get to play in the journey of an organization. Whether it's a short season or an ongoing partnership, I’m honored to be part of a moment that sparks growth, clarity, and connection. My goal is always to help teams build something meaningful—and sustainable—so they can carry it forward long after our work together ends.

Clover Phase is a nod to those vibrant, intentional seasons of change. The ones that help you reconnect with your purpose, energize your people, and move forward with confidence.
